1. How are these fares different than buying a ticket from the airline directly?
To much extent these tickets are very much similar to tickets you would buy directly through the airlines. An added advantage is that these tickets are often refundable (with a cancel penalty charges).
2. How can I pay for my ticket?
All the credit / Debit cards are acceptable.
3. How and when will I receive my ticket?
Your booking process may take 1 business day. After 5 days your e-tickets will be shipped through FedEx or similar services. You will also receive an email from us confirming your booking and flights details.
4. Can I change the name on a ticket?
If you want make change in your name in the tickets, contact us immediately.
5. What if I need to cancel or change my ticket?
If you need to cancel the booking before your departure please contact us immediately. In many cases the tickets are refundable with a cancel fee.
6. What if I lose my tickets?
If you lose your tickets, let us inform immediately by calling or emailing us. We'll help you.
7. What if I want to change my travel dates?
If you want to change my travel dates, please visit our Booking Conditions Page. Some airlines don't permit that and some airlines allow with some penalty.
8. Are my card details safe?
Yes, all the information you provide us is 100% safe. It will only be used for booking purpose and will never be revealed to nay other person or company.
9. Can I use someone else's credit card to pay for a ticket?
Yes, you can but in that case you have to send a card authorization form to our company signed by the card holder.
